Yeah I’m thinking about finally posting the dashcam video from the accident. I got rear ended about 3 weeks ago and it’s brought back the trauma from the first accident and giving me ptsd symptoms including flashbacks and worsening dissociation. Im getting better again though.
As for the Camry it’s been great so far. Last fill up I got an all time high of 27mpg which I’m happy about. The Corolla averaged around 32 with the same commute and a 1.8 4 cylinder as opposed to the Camrys 2.5 4 cylinder. The Camry is safer, bigger, more comfortable, better to move people in, smoother, faster, way better for road trips and is better all around than the Corolla. The only downsides are the slightly worse mpg and the fact that I have car payments now as opposed to the Corolla which I bought in cash. It isn’t exciting or really cool or interesting but for now I really just want to feel safe again and have a reliable and comfortable car for commuting to college and work.
